WARRANTY

HID ballasts and bulbs, LED drivers and bulbs and all SledLites.com equipment (except Conversion Modules) are warrantied against manufacturing defects 90 days from the date of original purchase to the original purchaser. Any part which is deemed to show evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions, tampered with and/or subject to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange or warranty consideration. Warranty does not extend to replacement items. SledLItes.com Ltd. does not cover any shipping costs related to warranty items or returns; these are the responsibility of the consumer. SledLites.com Ltd. is not responsible for any labour cost for maintenance, removal or reinstallation or any consequential damages of any kind. SledLites.com Ltd tests all products prior to shipping. As our Conversion Modules could be used or installed other than intended without detection there is no warranty on AC or DC Conversion Modules. Electronic modules are not eligible for returns.
SledLites.com Ltd. reserves the right to replace or repair any components deemed covered under warranty. All warranty inquiries must be directed to warranty@sledlites.com
